Located closer to downtown, this six-story building features 102 units, a modern lobby, and secure intercom access. We offer studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom/one-bath units. Each apartment includes a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher, with many featuring open-concept kitchens, vinyl floors, and generous closet space. Building amenities include card-operated laundry and compactor chutes on every floor, as well as a recently updated mailroom.

Located near Delfino Park and Silver Lake, this property consists of North and South towers offering studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom units on higher floors feature balconies with beautiful views. The kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher (except for the studio units). Each unit has wood floors. Recent upgrades include renovated lobbies, new mailrooms, and dedicated package rooms. The property also features a bus stop at the bottom of the driveway for easy access to the City of White Plains.

All our properties have on-site resident managers and staff for after hours emergencies. On-site outdoor, carport, and garage spaces are available starting at $100.00 per month (plus NYS sales tax). Due to limited availability, we can only guarantee one parking space per unit. Residents can submit maintenance requests and payments online through our resident portal. We aim to resolve all issues within 48 to 72 hours. We provide regular extermination services for all buildings at no cost to our residents.
